    I think they reported about it. I could be wrong though.

    They tend to invalidate patents just because there is a complaint … its up to the patent owner to defend the patent as good as it can. It makes sense as the patent owner is most of the time not even part of the invalidation process at the beginning so they work with only one-sided argument.
